Not as much fun as the original Movies [Posted on 2001-09-23] Well, I'm 33 years old and I still prefer the original Disney versions. This video has 4 short pieces that aren't really about learning. They seem to be a just collection from the Saturday morning series packaged in a new way. I thought that this video misses most of the Magic of Pooh and I was disappointed, however my kids watch it and don't seem to mind.
Not a magic story! [Posted on 2002-08-02] I have seen the video twice with my friend, and I have thought that it is not very entertaining, and I didn't enjoy it. When I watched this, I didn't think that this was much of a learning video. Most of the movie is miscellaneous and has nothing to do with learning or helping others. I think that it has not much magic, and other Pooh videos demonstrate more magic and more learning. I think that because the storybook classics(read below for more information) are about the works of A.A Milne, and were illustrated by Ernest Shepard. The story and the title do not match. This is just put together from movies from the Disney Channel, and were created when Disney had run out of ideas. My friend did not notice, but I did. If you want real classic entertainment and enjoyment, you should look for the ones that say "Storybook Classics" on them. These are Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree, the Blustery Day, Tigger too, and A Day for Eeyore. I think that comparing this to the Honey Tree, Blustery Day, Tigger too, and a Day for Eeyore, is unfair. Those demonstrate magic and are more entertaining. In my opinion, the voices are non-original, the illustrations are poor, and the story is just a collection of Disney modern Pooh stories. I do not recommend the video to you. If you love Pooh, I recommend the Storybook Classics to you.

Still Magical, New, and Fresh [Posted on 2005-07-05] The creators of Winnie The Pooh have done it again! They've captured the real Pooh magic, as in the classics. It's a breath of fresh air to see these Pooh videos evolve from the originals. With four episodes of helping others how can you not like it. In the first, finds Pooh and Piglet trying to teach owl to sing. Then, the next episode tells of a tale in which Piglet saves some small ants. Next, Pooh helps Rabbit with harvesting his garden. And Last, Gopher sets out to complete his Grand pappy's (His Grandfather's) dreams. Helping others has never been more fun!
"Simply Great!" [Posted on 2005-08-09] I still love these movies. I have very fond childhood memories of watching these, they are absolutely first rate and are worth the money. They are very entertaining and contrary to other reviews do, in my opinion, demonstrate helping others.
