Fun to grow with the game, it is awsome. [Posted on 2008-02-09] I like this game because it is mod friendly and you can make your own missions with the mission editor downloaded from the website. and at this time there is lots of downloadable content like awsome ships from other sci-fi shows and movies etc... IMO good for people who like to use their minds to play and get into creating extra content like with NWN.
Also I like the missions, they are more veried then X2 this time around. and I have not had any problems with crashes or bugs.
More than just fighting [Posted on 2008-03-29] You can own more than one ship. Lots of them!
You can own your own stations. Lots of them!
You can automate the stations and ships, so you can go do other stuff.
Things continue to happen in all the other sectors, even when you are not there.
The plot missions are good, but they are just sort of an introduction to the real game.
This version has more plot missions to do, too.
You can't finish it in one day. But if you want it to, it can last a long time (like a year!)
And there are scripts and mods to add even more stuff. :)
awesome but hellish meus [Posted on 2008-04-15] Its a great game, but it not fun for me. The graphics are awesome and there is a lots to do.
But I'm the type who is impatient and need continuous action so I got board with it.
I hate the menus and have no ideal whats going on or how to do anything. If I can't learn it in eight hours then I get bored.
"Where is the freaking afterburner at?" Uhhhhhh can't dock" UHHH can't capture ships UHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
