A Good, Compact Portable Keyboard For Palm [Posted on 2002-12-27] I use this keyboard with my Palm m130. It works well and is light and compact. Why only 4 stars? It's because the keys don't always register when you push them. It's annoying, especially when taking notes because you have to type fast. But it's very inexpensive, and you get what you pay for.
Doesn't seem to work with my Palm i705... [Posted on 2003-03-31] The driver came on a floppy; not much use to me and my iMac. So I fished around on the net, found the manufacturer's website (www.citipack.com.tw, not iConcepts) & downloaded the driver. After installing the driver, I have a keyboard app on my palm, but only a couple of the keys actually result in a character showing up on my palm (and they are incorrect). Guess I'll get the driver off the floppy and try again...
IConcepts Portable Keyboard -- Usable but Disappointing [Posted on 2003-08-26] I use this keyboard with my Palm 130. It's portable, and it works, despite the tendency to skip when typing on keys near the fold. However, I have been unable to find a compatible driver to operate Documents to Go version 4. This is a serious problem because tab, cut, paste, and other function keys don't work in this popular software program, meaning I'm left with two bad choices: Use Palm's memo pad software (which doesn't retain Word's formatting but works well with the keyboard), or use my stylus. Since I bought the keyboard for word processing on the Metro, I really miss the support for Documents to Go. ... You get what you pay for.
WHERE DOES IT DAY THAT THIS KEYBOARD IS NOT MAC COMPATIBLE? [Posted on 2003-08-29] KEYBOARD DOES NOT WORK WITH MAC 0S 9.2.2 AND BOTH WEBSITES THAT SUPPOSEDLY PROVIDE DRIVER FOR KEYBOARD ARE HORRIBLE. SO NO SUPPORT. I WASTED 37 DOLLARS FOR NOTHING. ICONCEPTS CEO MUST BE HAPPY.
Great Keyboard Poor Support [Posted on 2004-03-13] I love the keyboard and the ease of use. One flaw is that you can not find the software support that is needed. My disk was broken and I can not find the software to download.
