This is by far the best solution for email spam and I have tried them all. After all is said and done the machine-filter programs will always have both confounding leaks of spam and "false positives" where real mail is blocked. Vanquish stops spam with the white/black list approach and they set it up for you with all your contacts. They have the best set of refinements and features that make this work seamlessly. You get to keep all your old email addresses if you want to so you don't have to notify anyone of address changes. They show you how to turn off all the (darn) filters at your various email accounts so you don't keep losing messages. You get new email addresses ___@vqme.com, but you don't have to use them unless you want to. The customer service is excellent. I've been very frustrated by email in the past and now I'm very happy with it. These folks made my email work the way it's suppose to work. No more checking the "held mail" folder. They have a "held mail" folder so you can check it, but they tell you to not bother. Let the system work. I check it maybe once a month for that one message that I was expecting but never received. In most cases the sender didn't send it in the first place.
